Adding your flight details to an airport booking

Add your flight number during booking or later from your trip page, so your Host knows when you arrive.

Why add your flight?

When you book a car for pickup or drop-off at an airport, your arrival time rarely matches your original booking time. Flights get delayed. Flights arrive early. Sometimes you sprint through baggage claim, sometimes you wait 45 minutes for a suitcase.

Flight Sync solves this. By sharing your flight number, your Host receives real-time updates on your flight status - automatically. No texts back and forth. No "I just landed, where are you?" messages. Just a car waiting when you walk out of arrivals.

How to add your flight details

  1. Start a booking for a car with an airport pickup or drop-off location.

  2. In the booking flow, you'll see a Flight info section.

  3. Enter your flight number (e.g., A3 650) and flight date.

  4. Complete your booking as usual.

That's it. Your Host will now receive automatic notifications about your flight's status - scheduled arrival, delays, and actual landing time.

After booking: open your booking and find the "Flight info" section on the trip page. You can add or change your flight number anytime before pickup.

Is it mandatory?

No. Flight Sync is completely optional. You can skip it and coordinate with your Host manually. But we strongly recommend adding it — it's faster, smoother, and removes almost all the "where are you?" messaging that airport pickups usually involve.

What if my flight changes?

You don't need to do anything. Once you've added your flight number, we track it automatically until the moment you land. Your Host sees the updates in real time.

If your flight is cancelled or rerouted, let your Host know through the booking chat as soon as possible, so they can adjust pickup plans.

Which airports are supported?

Flight Sync works for any booking where the pickup or drop-off location is an airport covered by our flight data provider — which includes all major Greek airports (Athens, Thessaloniki, Heraklion, Rhodes, Corfu, Chania, Mykonos, Santorini, and more) and virtually all international commercial airports.

Privacy

Your flight information is used only to keep your Host informed during the booking window. We store it securely and delete it shortly after your trip ends, in line with GDPR. More details in our [Privacy Policy].

Having trouble?

If you don't see the Flight info section in your booking, it usually means your pickup or drop-off location isn't set to an airport. Go back and check the location. Still stuck? Contact us!
