You can change your vehicle's pickup location directly in Sync, without needing to arrange it with your host.
The change is available only for bookings that haven't started yet.
The new location must be within your host's delivery area.
If the delivery fee for the new location is different, the difference is automatically charged or refunded to the card used for your booking.
How to change your pickup location
Open your booking and go to the "Pickup & Return" section.
Tap the "Change location" button.
Type the new address, your hotel name, or a well-known landmark. Suggestions will appear as you type — pick one from the list.
Once you select a valid address, you'll see the new location on the map along with any difference in the delivery fee.
Tap "Confirm change". You'll see a final confirmation screen with the old and new location, plus the amount to be charged or refunded, before you complete the change.
After you confirm, your booking is updated immediately with the new pickup location and your host is notified automatically.
How the delivery fee works
Each host sets their own delivery fees per location. When you change your pickup location:
If the new location costs more, you'll see the extra amount before confirming, and it will be charged to the card you used for your booking.
If it costs less, the difference will be automatically refunded to the same card.
If there's no difference, there's no extra charge.
Your booking's total cost updates automatically after the change.
If the address you want isn't available
Address too vague: you'll be asked to enter something more specific — a full address, a hotel, or a well-known landmark — so your host knows exactly where to deliver the vehicle.
Address outside the delivery area: your host doesn't deliver to that location. You can try a different address within their area, or pick up the vehicle from the host's own location.
When the change is available
The "Change location" option appears only on confirmed bookings that haven't started.
If your pickup time is very close, or your host doesn't offer delivery to other locations, the option may not be available.
You can change your pickup location more than once before your booking starts, following the same steps each time.
If you don't see the "Change location" option and you absolutely need a change, contact your host through Sync messages. Always use in-app messages instead of phone or email, so there's a record of your agreement.
