You can update your email address on your account page. Sync allows users to have only one account, so always change your email address rather than creating a new account with a new email.
How to change your email address from the app:
Tap "More" at the bottom of the screen.
Tap "Account Details."
Tap "Email."
Delete your current email and enter a new email address.
Verify the change with the code we will send you.
How to change your email address from the website:
Hover over your profile picture to open the menu.
Select "Account."
Scroll down to the email field and delete your current email.
Enter a new email for your account.
Verify the change with the code we will send you.
Note: If you encounter issues changing your account email, tap "Contact Us" at the bottom of this screen and follow the instructions to connect with Customer Support. Do not create a new account for a separate email as you will not be able to make a reservation or list a vehicle.
