You can update your email address on your account page. Sync allows users to have only one account, so always change your email address rather than creating a new account with a new email.

How to change your email address from the app:

  • Tap "More" at the bottom of the screen.

  • Tap "Account Details."

  • Tap "Email."

  • Delete your current email and enter a new email address.

  • Verify the change with the code we will send you.

How to change your email address from the website:

  • Hover over your profile picture to open the menu.

  • Select "Account."

  • Scroll down to the email field and delete your current email.

  • Enter a new email for your account.

  • Verify the change with the code we will send you.

Note: If you encounter issues changing your account email, tap "Contact Us" at the bottom of this screen and follow the instructions to connect with Customer Support. Do not create a new account for a separate email as you will not be able to make a reservation or list a vehicle.
