You can cancel most bookings on your own without contacting Sync.
How to Cancel a Booking
Open the "Bookings" tab.
Find and open the booking you want to cancel.
Tap or click on "Modify Booking" and select "Cancel Booking."
Verify the cancellation details.
Choose the reason for the cancellation.
Share more about the reason for the cancellation (if requested).
You may see an option for "Request Change," "Chat with Customer Service," or "Call Host." If you still want to cancel, tap or click on "Continue to Cancel."
Choose a refund option and complete the cancellation.
Tip: If you plan to book another vehicle within the next 24 hours, select the refund option "Apply your payment to a new booking."
Note: Open the "Booking History" tab to confirm the cancellation. Cancellations are immediate — you will no longer be authorized to pick up or drive the vehicle.
