You can cancel most bookings on your own without contacting Sync.

How to Cancel a Booking

  • Open the "Bookings" tab.

  • Find and open the booking you want to cancel.

  • Tap or click on "Modify Booking" and select "Cancel Booking."

  • Verify the cancellation details.

  • Choose the reason for the cancellation.

  • Share more about the reason for the cancellation (if requested).

  • You may see an option for "Request Change," "Chat with Customer Service," or "Call Host." If you still want to cancel, tap or click on "Continue to Cancel."

  • Choose a refund option and complete the cancellation.

Tip: If you plan to book another vehicle within the next 24 hours, select the refund option "Apply your payment to a new booking."

Note: Open the "Booking History" tab to confirm the cancellation. Cancellations are immediate — you will no longer be authorized to pick up or drive the vehicle.
