What do I need to rent a car with Sync?
To rent a car on Sync, you need to create an account with your email, be 18 years or older, have a valid driver's license for at least one year, and be approved to drive on Sync. During your first booking, you'll go through a quick approval process by submitting your driver's license and some other information. In most cases, you'll be approved instantly and ready for all your future road trips!
Can I pay without a credit card?
Of course! In addition to credit cards, you can also make a booking on Sync with a debit or prepaid card from any Bank!
What is Sync's cancellation policy?
You can cancel and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your booking starts. If you make a booking that starts less than 24 hours after, you have one hour after you book to cancel without charge. If you cancel after the free cancellation period expires, you will be charged a part of the original booking cost. Read our help pages for details.
Can the vehicle be delivered to my door?
Yes, the Sync Hosts typically offer delivery to travel destinations such as airports, train stations and hotels, or even to your hotel or home. Cars are available through Sync at convenient places near hundreds of locations in the city. Skip the lines at the rental desk and pick up your car at your hotel, residence or a nearby location to save time and hassle on your weekend or family vacation. Some Providers offer free delivery, while others charge their own delivery fee.
Can I get discounts when renting?
Many Hosts on Sync offer discounted rates for weekly and monthly bookings, as well as "early bird" discounts for trips booked a week or more in advance. Secure the best deals and lowest prices, from cars to SUVs, by making longer bookings at least a week in advance.

Can others drive the vehicle I booked?
Yes, other drivers can drive the car you book through Sync, as long as they have been approved for driving. The primary driver (the person who made the booking) can add additional drivers without any fees or extra costs. Only the primary driver can request to add drivers - Sync Hosts cannot do this for you. We recommend requesting additional drivers before your trip begins.
