You as the provider have complete control over the price you want to charge tenants per rental day. This is something that you can very easily do with the tools that the platform gives you. You select the dates when your vehicle is available to rent and then set the price per day of booking.
If there is one tip that we would give you so that your pricing is both realistic and profitable, it is to keep up with the seasonality and demand in your area. Consider factors such as:
- the type of your vehicle
- demand depending on the season
- the competition
Keep a close eye on the competition, not just within Sync — that is, how much other renters in your area charge for matching vehicles on the same dates — but especially how much vehicle rental companies charge. If you really want to become competitive in your listings, then you need to factor all of the above into account.
Of course, in times of increased demand for your area, you can raise the price considerably, offering together the very attractive extras that tenants may find useful for their reservation!
